We need to be Fair and Objective in approaching all powerful countries, and if only ONE of them refuses to cooperate in good faith to ensure verification of non-use, which is to be confirmed by UN Inspectors, then I do not think we will succeed. This is a disarmament issue.
Countries are concerned about NATIONAL SECURITY. They experiment because others are doing it!!
