In 1942 - "cybernetics" was born. The beginings of Artificial intelligence. Man and Machine. It was set up by a group that consisted of people interested in neuroscience and parapsychology - inclusive of those involved in psychiatry and the military. New York was where the first meeting took place.

I've seen the perps using animals like pigeions and sparrows for surveillance. I saw some flies too.
These animals and insects move sowhat with glitch. I took a picture of a pigeon walking somewhat funny way. It's hard to explain it in the words, but they walk quite straight foward to the target and change the direction as if they are making zig-zag lines. I've seen a robot sparow in Paris and I fed it my sandwitch. Here, I saw some pigeons and I probably know the owner of them as there is a house with bunch of bird cages with pigions near my heim. _________________ JB (Miyoko Goto)

Since I've taken videos of my surroundings, I do have some pegion stuff as they are working with the human perps.
Let me check out my files and take the picture of the pegeon cages of nearby home. I was sick for few days because of the water with mold. I think the videos are better than the picture. If I create a film, I certainly post it here with the link to my YouTube account. I need time to check my video collections first. I'm sure I have one at least about the pegeons in last month's film.
I've seen them in France, Switzerland, and the US. I'll also type up what these pegeons and sparrows were doing for surveillance. _________________ JB (Miyoko Goto)

Rick,
I checked out the article links you posted, but some of the websites require log in as a member. And the one you suggested costs $32..
Did you read all of them?? I'm just curious. And the Russian articles, too??
Probably, I can post the pegeon stuff by tomorrow. I slept till this afternoon because of the poisoning of water. Because I did not really into taking the record of the birds, it's relatively short and probably need some explanations. Trying to work on the best way to present the data wihtout getting "delusion" inflaming from the perps on YouTube. _________________ JB (Miyoko Goto)
